This is the original Nabulsi cheese from Palestine. Made from 100% sheep milk. This is the first Nabulsi Cheese that is why its name Asliah means “the original”. Nabulsi cheese tastes fresh after the salt has been released, and you can eat as is, or grilled, or fried, or stuffing pastries.
Before consuming, soak the cheese in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water at least twice. Enjoy it fresh with olive oil and za’atar, fried until golden, or stuffed in pastries like sambousek and fatayer.
