Returns
All sales are final on food products, personal care items (such as soap), and perishable goods. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are granted only if the item is proven defective or was damaged before it reached you.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only in cases of defective or damaged items, and only for the same product.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
