Return and Refund Policy

At Bisan Gift Store, we take pride in offering authentic, carefully selected products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

  • All sales are final on food products, personal care items (such as soap), and perishable goods. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable for health and safety reasons.

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

  • Refunds are granted only if the item is proven defective or was damaged before it reached you.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only in cases of defective or damaged items, and only for the same product.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
